Deluxe Bath
  • 1 cup of Epsom Salts*
  • 1 cup of Sea Salt (or Himalayan Pink Crystal Salt)*
  • 1 cup of  additive free: Baking Soda*
  • Large handful of Magnesium Flakes*
  • 3/4 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar*
  • optional but enhanced CBD Oil (1-2 spoonfuls)
  • Dr Bronners Soap (1 spoonful)
  • Bentonite Clay * (see video)
  • 6 drops organic Lavender Oil or an Oil of your choice.. (optional but lovely! 🙂
  • A Crystal of your Choice?

Essential Oils: I use premium, organic, or wild crafted, therapeutic grade oils. Please see “Wild as the Wind” as their oils are supreme and lovingly presented. Also this is an excellent resource for exemplary uses of essential oils etc.

* Please adjust to personal requirements. Also, if you don’t have all ingredients, use what you can.

  • Dr Madej also recommends to add Borax. PLEASE RESEARCH THOROUGHLY before use.
  • If you are unable to have a bath for any reason, please use a large footbath and adjust quantities accordingly. I recommend a handful for dry ingredients and only add 1/4 teaspoon of borax with intention to build up to a full tea-spoon slowly, if it feels comfortable and you need a greater purge….(this can cause itchiness and tingling as toxins are removed, so go slowly and trust inner guidance).
